A quasi culinary rut.
Saturday, June 2nd, 2007So I’ve been enjoying a vegetarian diet for the better part of six months now. I’m 25lbs lighter, my uniforms fit better, and coworkers have mentioned a more pleasant disposition on my behalf.
I’m happy with it so far… Six months ago, you couldn’t get me in the same area code as spinach, broccoli, bell peppers, cabbage, or god forbid… asparagus. Now I’m making sandwiches out of this stuff…
